SEO Manager

Experience : 5 + years

The candidate should be responsible for coordinating and implementing SEO and SEM techniques for clients and internal projects. The correct person will be goal oriented, possess exceptional attention to detail, should be able to process date for MIS and have outstanding interpersonal skills. This is a role that is interacting with clients as well as working with the team to make sure that the goals of the client are getting achieved continuously.

Key Management Areas of Responsibility

  • To developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies along with team.
  • To manage ROI based SEM campaign independently.
  • Coordinating content, design, social media, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing and other activities with respective team on day to day basis.
  • To evaluate offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance.
  • To evaluate requirements, tasks, and resources associated to SEO strategy
  • Responsible to communicate with clients, team, and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results for any of SEO and SEM Projects.
  • To keep pace with SEO, Search Engine Algorithm, Search Engine Marketing, social media and internet marketing industry trends and development.

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility:

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in similar field.
  • Responsible to perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
  • Responsible to provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
  • Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific
  • Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)
  • To develop, manage and SEM Practices via social engine communities in coordination with client goals.
  • To monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies Team.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Ahref, Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills
  • Meeting with client on monthly basis to make sure strategy works in right direction for SEO/SEM.
  • Support Client/ SMO Manager with valued experience in digital marketing pace to generate more leads with high rate of conversions.
